PadelRanks — Delete Your Account

1. Delete your account inside the app

This is the fastest route and needs no contact with us. It takes effect immediately.

1. Open PadelRanks.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open the PadelRanks account (Apple / Google) section.
4. Tap Delete PadelRanks account.
5. Confirm twice. The second confirmation is final.

2. Delete your account by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot sign in, write to Juliancilea@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and ask for deletion. We complete these requests within 30 days of receipt, and normally much sooner.

3. What is deleted

Deleting your account removes every record tied to your user id:

• Your account itself, including the email address supplied by Apple or Google at sign-in
• Your profile — display name, postal code, city, and any linked Rankedin or FIP player id
• Find a Match posts, comments and "I'm in" joins
• Team captain chat: fixture messages, captain claims, contests and confirmations
• Reports you have filed and people you have blocked
• Your push notification subscription, so notifications stop
• The corresponding entry in the authentication audit log

Deletion is permanent. There is no recovery period and no archived copy.

4. What is not deleted, and why

Two things survive account deletion, because neither belongs to your account:

• Your public player profile. Rankings, tournament results and player pages come from the national federations and Rankedin, not from PadelRanks — we only display what those services already publish. Deleting your PadelRanks account does not affect them. To have a player record removed you must request it at the source: contact info@rankedin.no or your national federation. Once the federation removes it, PadelRanks stops showing it at the next refresh, and we will purge our cached copies on request.
• Anonymous follow records. Following a player is tied to an anonymous device identifier, not to your account, so account deletion does not touch it. Unfollowing a player removes its record immediately. To erase every follow record from your device, email us and include the anonymous device id shown under Settings → Privacy.

5. Retention

Nothing tied to your account is retained after deletion. Separately from accounts, Find a Match posts expire automatically 7 days after they are created, whether or not you delete your account.
